During the Covid-19 pandemic, people have been looking at non-traditional ways to pass the time and be creative. A hobby that some have taken up is researching their family tree, ancestry and finding out more about their relatives that have come before them.
Catriona Lennon from Monaghan County Library spoke to Aaron McElroy on The Wider View about local history, genealogy and the services your local library can provide.
She started by saying she's found an increase in demand for such services in the past year.
