Many of the people in the North Monaghan area already know the Truagh Development Association and the vital work that they do. They, in normal times, do a huge amount of work locally, including meals on wheels… which has grown massively since the lockdowns began.
They have not only expanded but been a lifeline for people in the area, so much so that they have now been awarded for their work and she has been speaking to the Programme Manager for the Community Services Mary McCrystal about their recent recognition and work.
