Proposals to allow properties under the fair deal scheme to be rented were released this week.
Families would be able to keep 100 percent of the income, rather than the current 20 percent.
Now, while many groups are stating this will be welcomed by families there are others who think not only does more need to be done but that there could be issues if families abuse the system.
