Hear more on the concerns of residents about changes to Ballyconnell Garda Station's opening hours

A public meeting will be held next month to highlight the concerns of people living in west Cavan, about the cutting of opening hours at Ballyconnell Garda Station.

The station is now open from 9am-9pm, with Gardaí management saying officers from Cavan will cover the area overnight.

But residents in the area are concerned, as Gary McKiernan from Balyconnell Community Alert outlined to our reporter Eddie Butler:
