A new campaign has been launched by the NCBI to ask everyone to be more considerate and clear the way for those who are blind or visually impaired.
From dog fouling to street furniture there are a range of obstacles that many of us may not notice or recognise that are detrimental to someone who has impaired sight in the daily lives.
