This week Irish HomeCare based in Castleblayney announced the creation of 750 new jobs as part of a major national recruitment drive to meet the high levels of demand for personalised home care across the country. The new roles, which are being recruited for immediately, will lead to a doubling of Irish HomeCare’s workforce in Ireland to 1,500 over the next 18 months.
The care roles are being recruited for nationwide with 24 counties in demand. Most of the care roles are being recruited in the east of the country, with 370 available in Leinster where the demand is currently greatest.
