This Saturday, the Cavan Beekeepers Association are holding their first Honey Show and Craft Fair at Ballyhaise Agricultural College.
Their event, dedicated solely to beekeeping and honey, is open to the public from 11am. The organisers are hoping to see anyone who would like to sample or buy some local honey, learn more about beekeeping or ask questions of the experts, to come along.
Of course, anyone who would like to enter their honey products, can also do so by visiting the group's Facebook page "Cavan Beekeepers Association". World-class judges are available to talk to and the day will end with prizegiving at around 3pm.
