A Leitrim Mother contacted the Joe Finnegan Show last week with a heartbreaking letter describing a day 40 years ago when she witnessed a new born baby taken away from his mother at a Mother and Baby Home.
The child was removed from the mother directly after birthday, with woman never meeting her son.
