Fr Sean Mulligan was ordained to the priesthood in the diocese of Clogher this week.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show, the Knocatallon native said ''for God to call me to the priesthood is strange because I'm not the type of person that's good at going into a room full of strangers''
He also told us that when saying mass it's ''the grace of God that works through me'' and ''the word of God'' that he preaches from the altar.

On joining the priesthood at 47 Fr Mulligan called it a delayed vocation rather than a late vocation, and admitted that while it was something he ''resisted'' he eventually did ''stop running''
