Kathleen spoke to Joe Finnegan this morning to explain the situation she, her husband John and their three children are facing. They are being evicted from their house as the landlord has decided he wants to sell, but they say they have no where to go, and none of the HAP approved options on the market to rent will accept them as tenants.
