If you’re trying to introduce more variety into your diet or those in your household, smoothies are a great way of disguising some vegetables or fruits that you struggle to eat. In adding hemp seeds to any smoothie, you are increasing its nutritive value. This is particularly important as a gluten-free diet can be lacking in minerals, vitamins and fibre, and it also helps to increase fibre in children’s diet.
