Three local companies have been recognised at the Deloitte Best Managed Companies awards.
Silver Hill Foods, which is based in Emyvale in north Monaghan was named Deloitte Best Managed Company for the eighth year in a row. Meanwhile, Combilift in Monaghan was recognised for the sixth successive year. For the second year in a row, McAree Engineering Ltd, which is based in Ballinode in County Monaghan gained the award.
The awards took place at a ceremony in Dublin last Thursday with the programme celebrating its 10th year in operation. The awards recognise indigenous Irish companies across the island of Ireland and were attended by over 900 people from the Irish business community. The Bottom Line Reporter Pauric Clerkin spoke to the Sales and Marketing director at McArees engineering Peter Richardson about the award and what the future holds for the company.
