Kick Company, a Monaghan business, is leading the way in making it easier to practice and refine sporting skills with their innovative product 'Skill Master'.
The equipment is designed for the majority of ball sports and can be used on the pitch or in your very own back garden.
It was through Mark Kelly and Gerry McElligot's coaching roles that they came up with the product that can be used by people of all ages and skill levels to improve on their co-ordination and sporting skills.

Mark Kelly spoke to our reporter Diarmuid Pepper about the founding of Kick Company, the design of the 'Skill Master', and its partnership with Q Pathfinder which he hopes will help children and young adults with their well-being and personal development.
