A new initiative aimed at women in the Northern Sound region promises to provide individually tailored support for women not currently in employment, education, or training.
POWER, which stands for Providing Opportunities for Women for Employment and Re-skilling, helps women build up their confidence and gain valuable skills to help them land a job.
It offers support with CV building, job interview technique, as well as training courses and qualifications.
