65% of Ireland's workers regret not chasing their dream job, and more than half of the workforce has fallen out of love with their job.
That's according to a recent survey carried out by Matric Recruitment, one of Ireland's leading recruitment firms.
The online survey was conducted among 835 adults working across a broad range of industries, sectors and regions.
It also found that a lack of confidence stopped 8 in 10 women from pursuing a dream career
And while the good news if that 81% of people in Ireland believe there is such a thing as a 'dream job', just one in ten now work in that job.
