Silver Hill Duck launched the Duck Truck just over a year ago, with help from Sean McCleary of Blasta Street Kitchen.

Greg Devlin, Silver Hill Duck's Head of Sales and Marketing, says it's been an idea long in the pipeline and covid has spurred them on to dive into this new venture.
The Duck Truck is available for corporate bookings and will soon be headed for trade shows across the country, and Greg spoke to our reporter Diarmuid Pepper about how the Duck Truck came into being:
