Thursday, October 7th is National Women's Enterprise Day and female entrepreneurs from across the region have been encouraged to sign up for the events that will mark this day.

The theme for this year is "Build for the Future", and Charlene Casey has been chosen as Co Monaghan's "Leading Light" for the event.

She runs Charlene Casey Wellness, which offers online and in-person cardio, yoga, and pilates classes.
