As children return to school, a recent survey has revealed that over three-quarters of students feel pressured to buy new electronic devices ahead of the new school year.
Electronic devices, such as laptops and tablets, are becoming more important in the classroom and almost a quarter of students plan on spending over €500 on such devices before returning to school.
However, deals are there to be found for parents and students alike via refurbished devices, as well as environmental benefits.
Refurbed is the fastest growing online marketplace for refurbished electronic devices in Europe and its survey found that close to 90% of parents with school-aged children didn't know the difference between a refurbished and second-hand device.
