Local food and drink producers have been told they have "nothing to lose" by applying for the Supervalu Food Academy programme.
This year's programme is open for applications and the deadline to apply is Friday, the 8th of April.
Killeshandra's Drummully Boxty has been involved with the Supervalu Food Academy since 2014.
Paul Farrelly and his mother started masking boxty in the 80s and Paul says he started selling it from the boot of his car.
He adds that it's huge to have the seal of approval from such a recognisable store.
