One of Co Monaghan's 'Summer of Food' heroes has been speaking to the Bottom Line about his line of drinks.
BogBoy Booch, owned by Joshua Dennis, is using local ingredients to make Kombucha, which is a fermented drink made from tea, sugar, and water.
It's available at Glaslough Market and other events throughout the county, as well as in local outlets like The Local in Monaghan Town and Matilda's in Carrickmacross.
Joshua's brews are flavoured with seasonal local ingredients, such as honeysuckle foraged from Rossmore Forest Park.
Joshua, whose BogBoy Booch brand is also part of the Created in Cavan network, has been speaking to our reporter Diarmuid Pepper.
