Streat-Yard, in Corcaghan, Co Monaghan, is a collaboration between Blasta Street Kitchen and Streat-School.
It delivers the best street food and craft beer from its outdoor yard, and has a strong focus on local suppliers and upcycled materials.
Launched in July of last year, it was perfectly timed for these Covid times.
However, its founder, Seány McCleary, revealed that it's an idea that was long in the making before anyone had heard of Covid-19.
He spoke to our reporter, Diarmuid Pepper, about the inspiration behind the concept, how he has adapted to the pandemic.
