Tánaiste Leo Varadkar and local Minister Heather Humphreys have officially opened the new Head Office of Moffett Automated Storage.
It's part of a rapid global expansion which will create 30 new jobs for Monaghan.
With a growing client list now spanning 10 countries, Mr Varadkar congratulated the local company on all it has achieved since its launch in 2017.
The business is the brainchild of Sam Moffett, who is the son of renowned engineer Robert Moffett, who founded Combilift.
Speaking after the official opening, both Leo Varadkar and Heather Humphreys paid tribute to to Moffett Automated Storage, with the Tánaiste hailing it as the "future" (Click on above image to hear this audio):
After the official opening, owner Sam Moffett spoke to our reporter Diarmuid Pepper.
He began by explaining the origins of the company, and also spoke about how important the new offices' environmental credentials are to him and the business:
And just before travelling to Cavan with the Tánaiste to open the Cavan Autism Education and Training Centre, Minister Heather Humphreys also spoke to our reporter.
