Co Cavan-based green and renewable energy solution providers M&C Hybrid Energy scooped the Workplace Well-being Award at the recent Small Firms Association Awards.
M&C Hybrid Energy is headed by husband and wife team Michael and Carmel Smith and launched in 2009.
The prize-giving took place on National workplace well-being day, which Carmel says made the award win all the sweeter.

The company was also shortlisted in the sustainability category, and paid a huge thanks to their staff members for working tirelessly to bring sustainability to Ireland.
