Two friends, who admit that they weren’t a team in their younger years with one being from Cavan Town and the other from Kingscourt, have now come together to develop an app called Tapit.
The app has launched in Louth and helps both retailers and consumers easily access and use loyalty schemes for local shops, as well as helping the promotion of businesses in the area.
Gavin Duffy and Garrett Dunne are hoping to improve the customer experience in the region by rolling out their new app here soon, and I spoke to them about what it was all about.
