Armagh native Síofra Caherty recently spoke to the Bottom Line about her company 'Jump the Hedges'.
Jump The Hedges is a technical bag making company based in, as Siofra puts it, a small workshop at the foot of the Cave Hill mountain in Belfast.
Most of the bags she creates are made from discarded lorry tarpaulin, which is in an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
Recently, Siofra was an environmental ambassador for the Monaghan and Louth region and she gave workshops on sustainability throughout these counties.
