Continuing our “Sporting life during Covid” we hear from the Monaghan United Soccer club who this month announced they would be entering a team in the Ulster Senior league.
Club Chairman Ronan Callan spoke to Sean McCaffrey about how they coped with the Covid-19 restrictions, have welcomed the return of their underage teams in recent weeks and how the former League of Ireland club’s decision was made to field a senior team in the Ulster senior league.
