Clones athlete Denise Toner Silver in the over-35 1500m at the European Masters Indoor Championships in Madrid back in 2018. However covid-19 has seen her athletic competitions all stop with no races available in Ireland since September 2020. Denise explains to Sean McCaffrey the challenge she faced during lockdown and the athletics has come out of lockdown in Northern Ireland sooner then expected.
