Dutch chef Bas Wiebenga shares culinary flair in Cavan.
Dutch head chef Bas Wiebenga from Netherlands talks about his cheffing career and sushi business which was inspired by his parents who run a well known French restaurant in his hometown in Groningen. He worked at an Irish pub where he met his former Irish wife and moved to her parish in Louth in 2005 and now his sushi business in Virginia Cavan with current partner is thriving well.
