The purpose of this series is to elucidate the inner workings of the media in Ireland. It delves into the foundational regulatory framework that underlies content production for Radio and TV. Additionally, it explores how constitutional rights, including the presumption of innocence and the protection of one's reputation, shape the media's approach to covering matters such as criminal trials and other pertinent subjects.
