No dog-fouling penalties were issued for Leitrim, Cavan, and Westmeath, a record all three counties have been holding for the past two years.
Only two penalties were issued in Roscommon, while figures from the Longford and Monaghan Local Authorities were unavailable.
Nationally, a total of 37 dog-fouling offences were penalised in 2024, with the highest amount reported in Cork City at 11 penalties.
The overall figure is seeing a gradual decrease, down 9 since 2023.
