A young Cavan man has published a book documenting his struggle with anorexia and depression.
Conor Nolan from Blacklion got help for his eating disorder when he was still in primary school, and says he made good progress until he slipped into a deep depression when he moved to Galway for college.
He says writing the book 'Normal' was a way for him to try and help others, but particularly young men his age who are often told to hide their emotions or problems.
