Works at the Annalee Respite Centre are expected to be complete this month.
The centre has been unusable since early 2019 after a burst in an oil pipe.
Extensive repairs were needed at the Cootehill facility as oil had seeped into interior and exterior areas.

A temporary respite centre opened in Cavan early last year to accommodate the families impacted by the closure.
The HSE told the North East Regional Health forum that remedial works are expected to be complete by the end of April.
