Workplaces in the region are being encouraged to engage in this year’s See Change mental health campaign.
The group promotes stigma reduction and aims to open up conversations about mental health in communities, homes, and workplaces by hosting events, and sharing the lived experiences of the challenges others have faced.
This year the theme is exclusion and people are asked to show support by starting conversations in their own areas or simply wearing the green ribbon which is available in AIB, Boots, and Eir stores in Cavan and Monaghan.
