Work is progressing on two new Primary Care Centres locally.
The HSE says the centre in Carrickmacross is "well into construction" and is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
It will have space for at least ten GPs and will also include mental health services and a dentistry clinic.
A physio and on-site chemist are also expected to be located at the site on the Oriel Road.
Meanwhile, contractors are expected back on site at the Killeshandra Primary Care Centre in the next week.
Work was stopped due to the pandemic and the HSE says it's requesting a revised project programme.
Construction had been expected to begin there in 2019 but was delayed due to site access and parking.
It had been expected to be complete by the end of this year but it's expected the pandemic will see this delayed.
