A woman has been sentenced to a year in prison following a number of offences across the Northern Sound region.
The offences included burglary, theft from shops, assault, and failing to appear before the court on previous occasions.
The incidents took place over a two-year period between 2018 and 2020, across both Cavan and Monaghan.
At sentencing, the judge said he took into account the repeat nature of the 29-year-old's offending.
The woman, who resides in Navan, Co Meath, was brought to Dochas Female Prison to begin her sentence.
