A woman remains in hospital after being airlifted from a crash in Ballyjamesduff yesterday.
The single-vehicle collision occurred shortly after 9.30 yesterday morning on the R194 road just outside the town.
The woman in her 50s was the sole occupant of the car and was removed by air ambulance to Tallaght Hospital with serious injuries.
A multi-agency response by local fire crews, gardaí, ambulance services and the Irish Air Corps assisted in the operation.
Gardai say enquiries are ongoing.
