A woman has been granted bail after gardaí had to intervene to take her child from the flat roof of a building.
The court was told there were no barriers preventing the child from falling and that gardaí had to climb onto the roof to get the child.
Gardaí say the child had "dirty skin, dirty clothes, and a dirty nappy".
The woman will appear again before the courts early next year, and has to sign in at a local garda station once a week.
She must also make herself contactable via mobile at all times.
