It's claimed the HSE has refused to facilitate some Cavan pharmacies in offering the Covid vaccines.
Local TD Pauline Tully told the Dáil that no pharmacies in west Cavan are offering the vaccine as the HSE won't allow them to access the scheme.
She says they want to offer the vaccine but the HSE will not facilitate them.
She called for clarity on the situation, and criticised the lack of a central booking system which has resulted in people being placed onto numerous waiting lists, causing a wastage of vaccines.
Responding to her concerns, Transport Minister and Green Party leader Eamon Ryan, said the issues could be down to supply of vaccines coming into Ireland:
