Well known New York bar Foley's is to close.
The iconic baseball bar is owned by the Clancy family from Cavan who previously ran the Derragarra Inn in Butlersbridge.
Shaun Clancy blamed the Covid-19 pandemic as the reason for the closure in a video posted on social media.
In the video he thanked staff and patrons for their support since it first opened in 2004.
GoFundMe pages and other fundraisers have been taking place in a bid to save the bar but Shaun says the drop in footfall and lack of business means it could not continue.
