A landmark property in the centre of Cavan Town is now up for sale.
The former Methodist Church on Farnham Street has hit the market with a price of €350,000. The property, which was built in 1858, is set on half an acre of development land and retains many of the original features including the bell tower and stained glass window. Separately, The Manse House situated to the right of the church is also on the market for €499,000. This four bed house was built in 1875 and was originally where the Minister of the church would live. It is now a private residence and has limestone walls and camber arched window openings.
Both properties are located in the centre of Cavan Town and are separate listings.
