A music festival in memory of Cavan teenager, Eden Heaslip, will take place this weekend.
18-year-old Eden Heaslip took his own life on September 20th, 2021 after suffering from months of physical and online bullying.
Since then, his family has made great strides through a number of campaigns in relation to anti-bullying, suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show, Chloe Heaslip said her brother had a "passion for music" and no matter where he went, he "always" had music playing.
She revealed that the upcoming 'Sing For Me' 2022 music festival will host a feast of live entertainment, and will also provide professional support for people on the night who want to talk about their mental health, or anything that may be bothering them.
All funds raised over the three-night event at Blessings Bar, Cavan will be donated to suicide prevention and bullying awareness charities.
Tickets for the event which will take place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday can be booked online via Eventbrite, or alternatively tickets will be available at the door.
