Met Eireann expects wind warnings to be issued for Saturday night and Sunday.

Temperatures will get as high as 22 degrees.

The local man said it has been a difficult period for people in the farming industry.

As daytime temperatures hit the high teens, it's going to be cold at night.

Frank Brady said the wet weather is playing havoc on farmers livelihoods.

The weather warning is in place from 6pm this evening until 11am tomorrow morning.

Motorists are advised to avoid both areas.

A number of local premises are currently without power this morning.
