A number of vaccination centres will continue to take place across the region.
Despite the closure of COVID-19 Testing Centres across the country, vaccination clinics and pop up clinics are continuing throughout both Cavan and Monaghan.
A clinic will take place at Drumalee GAA Club House, St. Felim's Park, Cavan on Wednesday the 12th of April from 1pm to 2pm for those aged 6 months to 4 year olds and again from 2.30pm to 4.30pm for those aged 5 to 11 Years and from 5pm until 6pm for those aged 12 and above.
A Mobile Vaccination Unit, Drumalee GAA Club Car Park, Cavan Saturday April 15th will take place from 10am to 1pm for those aged 12 years and above.
Elsewhere, a clinic will take place at the Cavan Monaghan vaccination centre, St Davnet's Campus, on Thursday April 13th from 1pm to 3.30pm for those aged 12 years and above and 4pm to 6pm for those aged 5 to 11 years old.
A clinic will also take place on Friday the 14th of April from 1pm until 6pm for those aged 12 years and above.
All vaccination centres in Cavan and Monaghan will be closed over the Easter Weekend on April 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Sinead McConnell, General Manager, of the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme HSE Community Healthcare Cavan and Monaghan said that she wants to make people aware that COVID-19 vaccinations are continuing to be administered throughout Cavan and Monaghan and would ask that people top up their COVID-19 vaccines."
