Three group water schemes in Cavan and Monaghan continue to have restrictions in place.
A Do Not Consume notice for the Mountainlodge Group Water Scheme has entered its seventh week.
In July, elevated levels of manganese and aluminium were found in supplies in Laragh, Tunnyduff, areas of Poles and Mountainlodge
Elsewhere in Cavan, customers on the Billis-Lavey Group Water Scheme have entered their second week of a Do Not Consume notice.
A similar issue with manganese has made that supply unsafe for human consumption.
Cavan County Council confirmed that both notices remain in place, and the situation is being monitored at both schemes.
Meanwhile in Monaghan, a Boil Notice remains in place for the Doohamlet Group Water Scheme.
It was issued at the start of the month after an issue was detected in the distribution system.
The local authority is awaiting further test results before the notice can be lifted.
