Micheál Martin says he'll also outline next week how more restrictions will ease in June and July, allowing more sports and entertainment.

Meanwhile, a travel expert doesn’t believe children will have to be vaccinated to go on foreign holidays later this summer.
The EU has revealed plans to ease restrictions on non-member states.
While those within the EU will need a digital green cert to travel which would include proof of vaccination.
But Editor of Air & Travel magazine, Eoghan Corry, doesn’t think this will apply to children.
