The Ulster Canal project and upgrades to the N3 and N2 remain part of the Government's National Development Plan.
The canal, which will eventually link Clones to Castlesaunderson received a €12 million funding boost earlier this year.
Upgrades to the N2 road from Ardee to Castleblayney and from Clontibret to the border remain in the plan but are subject to further approval.
The same applies to the N3 Virginia bypass.
A Strategic Rail Review will also examine "all aspects of the inter-regional rail network".
This will include reflections on the "strategic potential of disused lines", such as the Navan-Kingscourt rail line.
Meanwhile, the A5 Transport Corridor from Derry to Aughnacloy is described in the plan as being a "particular priority" in border region infrastructure.
