Two wreaths have been laid in Castleblayney in memory of all those who have died as a result of Covid.
The ceremony was held on Saturday morning to coincide with National Emergency services day which recognises the work of all blue light and security services.
During the wreath laying ceremony one was placed in the Famine Memorial Graveyard at St. Mary's Hospital for the local community members who had passed away and the other for all frontline workers who have died.
