Local Gardaí are currently at the scene of a two vehicle collision which took place in Co Cavan this morning.
In a statement to Northern Sound, Gardaí were alerted following reports of a two vehicle collision on the N55 between Killadoon and Ballytrust.
Two people have been taken to hospital as a result of the collision, however there are no reports of any serious injuries.

A 'stop and go' system is currently in place as Gardaí and local authority clear the scene.
