Police in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh received a report of a two vehicle road traffic collision on the Derrylin Road at 12.25pm this afternoon, Friday November 18th.
Two people have been taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area while delays are expected.
