Two men have died in separate road collisions in Dublin and Donegal.
At around 9pm last night a car and a motorbike collided at the junction of Kimmage Road West and Whitehall Road in Terenure in Dublin.
The driver of the bike, a man aged in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The road was closed for a time but has since reopened.
Separately at around 9.15pm, a man in his 20s was seriously injured when the car he was driving collided with another car on the R236 at St Johnston in Dundee in Donegal.
He was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital, where he later passed away.
The road is currently closed as Garda Forensic Collision Investigators carry out a technical exam.
